Here at The Reverse Mortgage Group we feel it is critical to meet with our clients face to face. We come to your home, spend time talking about what you hope a reverse mortgage will do for you and your family. This face to face meeting is critical to the success of your reverse mortgage closing, and even more importantly, to the long term success of your reverse mortgage.

 

Our focus is to insure you have all the information you need to make an educated decision about whether a reverse mortgage is right for you. A reverse mortgage is a big deal and it is a big concept. The first step is education and determining your goals. Only then can you decide whether it is right for you.

 

The Reverse Mortgage Group was opened in 2008, by Beth Miller-Rowe, to fully focus our attention on helping seniors to fortify their financial security and enhance their retirement years. Beth has 35 years of varied experience in traditional 'forward mortgages', construction lending, and now the last 12 years focused exclusively on Senior Lending. Her assistant, Cheryl James, also has 35 years experience in the mortgage business with 5 of those years dedicated to seniors. Beth and Cheryl first began working together in 1982. They have quite literally 'grown up together' in the mortgage business.

 

Kristine Lundgren has 8 years with Beth and the team. She started as an Assistant Processor and has worked her way up to Senior Reverse Mortgage Processor. She is on the board of CASA in Amador county, she lives on the family farm with cows, goats, chickens, and, most importantly, her son Ryan. She is the best in the business!

 

Sydney, Rebecca, and Tiffany are our in-house support staff. We could not survive without them. They keep the motor running smoothly day in and day out. Tiffany has been with The Reverse Mortgage group for 9 years, and Sydney joined us in 2017, and Rebecca joined us in 2019.

 

Between our team members we have almost 100 years' experience in the mortgage business.

Reverse mortgages are loans offered to homeowners who are 62 or older who have equity in their homes. The loan programs allow borrowers to defer payment on the loans until they pass away, sell the home, or move out. Homeowners, however, remain responsible for the payment of taxes, insurance, maintenance, and other items.
